2 Steps - 10 Years! 

I. 2024: Millions of citizens demand an end to the war now and a new Europe!

   With a citizens' revolt on www.our-new-europe.eu: 

• Peace now! - We, many millions of sovereign citizens in all European countries, including Russia, the Ukraine and in the USA, are sick of politicians breaking their word and thinking of nothing but their careers and their power! - We ask Putin and Zelensky to immediately end the war with a compromise and to go down in History as victors of the war and founders of our Common European House in which all countries and peoples will live and work together in peace, for the benefit of Europe and the World!
  
  
• A new Europe! - We, millions of empowered, responsible citizens throughout Europe, want to decide on all important issues of our Continent ourselves - especially on the global crises, i.e. on refugees, climate change, future pandemics and the war in Ukraine. - We will force our politician with referenda, our always threatening sword of Damocles, to implement without delay, together with us, our new, diverse and democratic, free and prosperous, somewhat more "Swiss-like" Europe!  

II. We sovereign citizens assume power and responsibility in Europe!

    Democratically, bottom-up, with referenda - in 3 phases:

• 2026 - First pan-European referendum: Your country's role in Europe:
• • In the integrated core: European Economic/foreign/security policy: B, F, L, LV, LT, EST,..?
  • In the Free Trade Zone: Nat. Independence, global cooperation, Brexit+: GB, RUS, UKR,...?
  • In the Common Market: Free movement of goods/services, political independence: CH, D, H,...?
    
    
• 2027- 2032 - Constitution: National elections of the Constitutional Council (2027)! 
  Ratification of the Constitution in nat. referenda in each participating country (2031/32)!
  
  
• 2033,.. Amendments to the Constitution with the ballot sheet according to the changing needs:
  Legislative Referenda + Const. Initiatives - as usual in Switzerland: 4 times/yr. since 1874/1848! 

The Strategy

From Europe via the USA to the World!

The USA - superpower No. 1 - has traditionally been the leading defender of freedom, democracy and human rights and for a long time Europe's most important partner and protecting power! - This must continue – in order to create peace now and to prevent a third world war!

All Europeans from Vladivostok to Reykjavik, and now also all US-Americans are invited to vote on www.our-new-europe.eu on how to deal with global crises, such as future pandemics, the misery of refugees, climate change and the war in Ukraine – by choosing: 

• A. «Brussels»: Expanding and centralising the EU into a global super power USE, which, with Ukraine as member state, inflicts a humiliating, devastating defeat on the ex-superpower USSR – and claims global leadership on climate change, refugees and pandemics!
  
  
• B. Brexit+: Dismantling the EU, back to autonomous Nation States of the 19th/20th centuries, which, under the leadership of USA and NATO, humiliate and destroy Russia and enforce a new, American World Order, if necessary using ever more weapons!
  
  
• C. Citizens - creating a new, diverse, democratic Europe in which all European countries, incl. Russia and Ukraine, live and work together in peace and freedom - using referenda - for the benefit of Europe and the whole world!

We, many millions of empowered citizens across Europe and in the USA, will force our politicians to end the war immediately, to handle climate change, the refugee problem and future pandemics efficiently - and to establish a new World Order based on freedom, democracy and human rights - with the ballot sheet, bottom-up!

L'Europe et l'Amérique unies!

Les États-Unis – superpuissance n°1 – étaient toujours le défenseur principal de la liberté, de la démocratie et des droits de l’homme, ainsi que le partenaire et la puissance protectrice la plus importante de l’Europe! - Cela doit continuer - pour créer la paix et éviter une 3^-ème guerre mondiale!

Tous les Européens de Vladivostok à Reykjavik et tous les Américains sont invités à voter sur www.our-new-europe.eu comment gérer les crises mondiales, telles que les pandémies futures, la misère des réfugiés, le changement du climat et la guerre en Ukraine:

• A. «Bruxelles: Expansion et centralisation de l'UE en une puissance mondiale USE, qui, avec l'Ukraine comme État membre, inflige une défaite totale humiliante à l'ex-superpuissance URSS - et revendique le leadership mondial en matière climat, réfugiés et pandémies futures!
  
  
• B. Brexit+: Démantèlement de l'UE, retour aux États-nations autonomes des 19e et 20e siècles qui, sous la direction des États-Unis et de l'OTAN, détruisent et humilient la Russie et imposent par tous les moyens un nouvel Ordre mondial américain!
  
  
• C. Citoyens créant par référendums une nouvelle Europe diversifiée et démocratique dans laquelle tous les pays, y.c. Russie et Ukraine, vivront et travailleront ensemble en paix et liberté – pour le bien de l'Europe, de l'Amérique et du monde!

Nous, beaucoup de millions de citoyens souverains à travers l'Europe et les États-Unis, obligerons nos politiciens à mettre fin immédiatement à la guerre, à faire face efficacement à la crise climatique, au problème des réfugiés et aux pandémies futures - et à instaurer un nouvel ordre mondial, fondé sur la liberté, la démocratie et les droits de l'homme - avec le scrutin, de bas en haut!
